Refund policy

Easy Returns

We offer a 30 day Easy Returns policy on all merchandise.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging received. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.  

Please note that all merchandise must be returned in unused, re-salable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange and will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued to purchase an item of equal or greater value.   Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return to process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund or exchange credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment on file or an E-Gift card issued to purchase something of equal or greater value in our store in the case of an exchange.

If you are shipping a returned package back valued over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS) and purchasing shipping insurance as your shipping provider is responsible for delivery to our location and we are not responsible for any lost merchandise you send back to us.
